Return Policy
You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping. You have 30 Days from date of invoice to return any item that has not been opened and remains sealed in original packing. (In case of backordered items you have 30 days from receipt of mechandise.) Items must be new, unused, in original box with all original packing materials and promotional items. Do not return items to the manufacturer/distributor for a refund. All returns must be made to the address below:

All returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee.

Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so. Refusing shipments if you do not want your order is not the way to cancel an order. Items are shipped directly from the manufacturer/distributor, and if refused, go back to them- thus delaying your refund by up to 6 weeks. You can cancel any order PRIOR to shipping by calling us at 585-520-3563.

Backorder Policy
Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you and give an estimated date for shipping.  

Shipping Policy

We ship using UPS Ground.   Most in-stock items will ship within 2 to 5 business days. Out-of-stock items, large orders, or orders made during the holiday season may take up to 15 days.Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged additional surcharges.  We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS) at 1-800-PICKUPS and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.

In the unlikely event that an item is defective, KitchenAid® has a Hassle-Free Replacement Warranty which guarantees that if your countertop appliance fails during the first year, KitchenAid® will replace it free of charge.
KitchenAid® will:
· Deliver a replacement to your door
· Arrange the return of the failed appliance
· Guarantee the new appliance for one year
